Pattern scale directly affects how the design appears once cut.

Choose the scale that best suits your project and the overall look you’re trying to achieve.

Patterns are available in the following repeat sizes:

15 × 15 cm
Larger, more open repeat that creates a bold, statement look. Ideal for larger items where the pattern can breathe without feeling busy.

10 × 10 cm
A balanced, versatile repeat suitable for most products. Offers a harmonious mix of detail and spacing.

5 × 5 cm
Smaller, more detailed repeat that creates a denser, more intricate appearance. This option is often better suited for small items (such as earrings) where you want more of the pattern to remain visible after cutting.

We can print other scaling on request.

When printing onto clear acrylic, the design is applied in reverse and viewed through the acrylic for a smooth, glass-like finish.

Full White Backing
A solid white layer is applied behind the entire design for opaque, high-contrast colour coverage.

Stained Glass Effect
Soft, translucent design with no white ink. Light passes through the acrylic, allowing the natural transparency to remain visible.

Colour Boost Behind Design
White ink is placed only behind the artwork to enhance colour vibrancy, while the remaining areas stay clear.

Please note that appearance may differ slightly between screen previews and real-life results due to the nature of reverse printing and viewing through acrylic. This is considered normal and not a fault.

When printing onto white acrylic, the design is applied directly to the surface over a solid white base material. This provides a fully opaque print result with high colour accuracy and strong contrast.

Because the substrate is already white, no separate white ink layer is required to achieve colour vibrancy. The white base reflects light evenly, allowing colours to appear more saturated and consistent compared to clear acrylic.

Key characteristics of printing on white acrylic:

• Produces a flat, opaque finish with uniform colour coverage
• Greater colour density and contrast compared to clear acrylic
• No transparency or light transmission through the panel
• Appearance is not affected by reverse viewing, as the print is viewed directly on the surface

The use of cleaning chemicals, solvents, harsh cleaning agents, or liquid glues on printed surfaces is strongly discouraged and may cause irreversible damage.

This can result in:

• Cracking or weakening of the acrylic
• Peeling or lifting of the printed layer
• Smearing, clouding, or distortion of the print

We strongly recommend all customers perform a small test cut before full production to determine the optimal settings for their specific machine. Using the minimum effective power and appropriate speeds will help prevent overheating the acrylic and reduce the risk of print damage.

Please allow for standard manufacturing tolerances of approximately ±0.3mm in thickness and ±3mm in overall sheet dimensions. These variations do not impact the usability of the product and are not considered a manufacturing fault or defect.
